A strong fit for this role is someone who is patient, responsible, and genuinely passionate about working with children. You should be ready to commit to a consistent daily schedule, maintain stable operations, and ensure clear communication with families and our team. Requirements include being legally eligible to work in Canada, having (or obtaining) First Aid & CPR certification, providing vulnerable sector police checks, and maintaining a safe, clean, and suitable home environment with appropriate indoor and outdoor space. Readiness also includes physical and mental fitness, openness to training, and a willingness to follow licensing regulations, inspections, and reporting standards.

Our mission is to address the growing childcare shortage by expanding access to safe, reliable home-based care, reducing waitlists, and supporting both families and providers. We guide new and experienced caregivers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help them build stable, meaningful childcare programs within their own homes while strengthening local communities.
